Our IT systems at Draper Distribution Ltd are fully integrate with our “proof of delivery” system.

All of our deliveries are Digitally signed for and can be emailed/viewed to our customers
immediatley once the delivery has been made.

Draper Distribution offer customers various POD solutions dependant upon their requirements.

Invoices are clear to understand and contain all the relevant references to enable the customer to identify the shipment.

Invoice by post with the original POD enclosed

Invoice by e mail and we store the pod on our server should it be required

Invoice be e mail with the POD attached as a PDF attachment

Draper Distribution Ltd actively encourage customers to opt for the e-mail solution wherever possible, this is the most efficient method and reduces or carbon footprint!
